Negotiations were held in Mirishkor District on cooperation with Andrey Deykalo, Director of «Torum», a major electrical equipment manufacturer of the Russian Federation.

Accordingly, preliminary agreements were reached on establishing a transformer manufacturing project in Mirishkor District through investments from «Torum» company.
