The pilot program is being implemented in cooperation between Boshqaruv samaradorligi agentligi (under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

Today, the project launch ceremony was held within the framework of the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) delegation’s visit to Tashkent.

The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the civil service and ensure professional skills development of personnel.

Within the framework of the project, a human resources (HR) certification system will be introduced to identify and recognize the professional skills required to work in state organizations, and job analysis will be conducted in pilot ministries.

Additionally, the project includes the development of methodological materials, training sessions, and the organization of study tours abroad.
